I see people ages 18+ in person in La Plata County or virtually statewide in Colorado. These are one on one sessions aimed to meet your specific therapeutic goals. Your goals may revolve around relationships, mental health symptoms, behavioral changes, etc.. My sessions are a flexible space for you to express yourself freely. After our initial intake session we will create a treatment plan together with personalized interventions to create a path to you living more fully.
